Budo-buta pork from Miyazaki prefecture

The pork is derived from healthy pigs raised on “pig supplements” containing dried and powdered grape skin and grape seeds left aside when manufacturing wine in Aya-cho and grape seed polyphenols (Proanthocyanidins) containing strong antioxidants.
The soft and juicy pork is free of bad smell and aftertaste as the meat is free of sticky fat.
